In
1988, Los Angeles Theatresports was co-founded by BATS
Company alumni Dan O'Connor and Ellen Idelson. Like most
uppity children, the BATS progeny from LATS venture north
to prove who wears the daddy pants now in this head-to-head
Theatresports match.
Last year, BATS reclaimed the title after falling to our in-state
rivals in 2006. Catch the winner of this year's "Battle
of the Bay" championship match (on August 2) as they
take on the plastic-parts-loving, Lindsay-Lohan-worshipping,
Rodeo-Drive-shopping LATS players!
BATS and Los Angeles tangle in improvised scenes, songs,
and games. Who will emerge victorious?
